A: Before summaries, search bars, and back-cover descriptions, a title often explained exactly what a reader would find inside. We have honored that tradition here—perhaps a little too faithfully.

Q: What's the difference between a Site Member and a Museum Member?
A: A Site Member is anyone who creates a free account on our website. This allows you to save your information for faster checkout, view your purchases, and receive museum news and updates. A Museum Member is someone who has purchased an annual membership through the Greeneville-Greene County History Museum. Museum Members receive benefits based on their membership level, such as complimentary event tickets, discounts, and other exclusive perks. Creating a Site Member account does not automatically make you a Museum Member.
Q: Why am I not receiving museum emails?
Your website account, paid museum membership, and mailing-list subscription are three separate things:

Your paid museum membership provides access to membership benefits.

Your mailing-list subscription gives us permission to send you monthly emails, digital newsletters, event announcements, and Early Bird Access notices.
Having a website account or paid museum membership does not automatically subscribe you to our mailing list.
To subscribe or resubscribe, visit our website, scroll to the very bottom of the page, and find “Join Our Mailing List.” Enter the email address associated with your museum membership and submit the form. You can use this form if you previously unsubscribed, whether accidentally or intentionally.
