Our Exhibitions

Explore the story of Greene County through 10+ permanent galleries that span from prehistoric times to the modern era. Each exhibition highlights the people, industries, and events that shaped the region — from pioneer settlement and the Civil War to local manufacturing and community life. Walk through immersive displays, authentic artifacts, and interactive exhibits that bring Greene County’s history to life.

Research Online

Our online collection is an ongoing project that makes the museum’s archives and objects accessible for research and exploration. You can browse two main categories — Archives and Objects — to discover photographs, documents, and artifacts from Greene County’s past. As a part-time staff, we are continually adding new records, so check back often as our digital catalog grows.
