About the event

Join museum staff and board members as we welcome Dr. Sierra Bow from the Tennessee Division of Archaeology. Dr. Bow will discuss the impact of Hurricane Helene on historic sites and the archaeology field in eastern Tennessee. Hurricane Hele will be remembered as the most destructive storm in Greeneville's history since 1901. Learn more about how the local community and history organizations are still recovering.
